1. What we collect

We store account details (email address, authentication tokens), generation metadata (YouTube URLs, settings used, output image URLs), and uploaded assets (logos) needed to provide the service. We do not store full video content or transcripts beyond the duration of your active session.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the InfographAI service. We use your email to send authentication links and service notifications. We may use anonymized, aggregated generation metadata to improve our AI pipeline — no personal data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. API keys & credentials

API keys and provider credentials (AI model keys, storage access) stay server-side and are never exposed to the browser or included in any client response. Your Supabase session is managed via httpOnly cookies.

4. Public share pages

Public share pages are visible only when you explicitly enable sharing for a generated image from your dashboard. Disabling sharing immediately revokes public access. Public images are served from our CDN and may be cached for performance.

5. Data retention

Your account and generation history are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Generation images stored in our CDN will be removed within 30 days of account deletion.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your generation history from your dashboard at any time. For data requests or concerns, contact us at the address below.
